Definitely in the top two. (Okay, you got us, we only have two right now, but that doesn’t make us wrong.) Pa wanted to go to the other side of the sauce spectrum so he added extra Tang. And heat of course. You don’t need to wait for the heat. It’s upfront from the first taste to the last. But not so much that you’re screaming for water, just the right amount to make you crave more.
